About

Himeno Vigo
Himeno grew up with her grandfather putting his hand over her body to alleviate pain. At the time, she did not know this was Reiki. At a young age, she began learning many Chinese theories about nature and health while practicing kung-fu. She felt healing was her calling and that led her into the veterinarian field.

As fate would have it, she found herself working at a holistic veterinarian clinic wherein she witnessed animals being healed by acupuncture, natural herbs and special diets. Her own pets have been a huge part of the learning process as they were geriatric. Seeing the wonderful recoveries in her pets and many other animals inspired her to extend this knowledge and holistic healing onto people, so she continued her education and practice into her career today.
Himeno holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Health and a minor in Sustainability from CSU of Northridge and also studied at Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine.
She has formal training in Morphogenic Field Testing, Nutritional Stress Analysis Testing and Neuro Emotional Technique. She is passionate about Chinese medicine and is active in continuing her education and study in this field.
